An order can be cancelled only before it has been dispatched from the warehouse. You can get an update of your order by logging Sharanya’s Website. Once a cancellation request is raised, any amount paid will be credited back to the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
In Case of any Changes/rectification in Orders, can only be done through our Customer Care Services. You can shoot an email to Support@Sharanya.net.in. Please note that the changes can be made only before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
